We provided the feature to let you upload an SQLTouch document to your web area of your FTP (e.g. your web site).
You can include or not to include the DB username and password in this document. We suggest to not include them since anyone can access a document posted on the web area of an FTP. Do upload the document, go to the "Open" tab and tap on the blue arrow of your document. Then go to the bottom of the list and tap on the button "Publish to FTP". Here fill with your FTP username and password (which are different than your DB username and password and which will never memorized anywhere). So you upload your doc to your FTP web site...

Now, take a different iPhone, go to the tab "Open" press the Edit button then and insert a new Bookmark. Assign the URL of the document you have just uploaded to your FTP. This way SQLTouch will always (transparently) download this doc from your server and will connect to your database. This doc works exactly like an HTML page of your web site allowing you to interact with your database. If you earlier didn't include the DB username and password, at any connection by the tapping on the bookmark, you will be asked to fill with the DB username and password.

With this feature, for example, you can upload your doc without username and password and give the URL of this doc to all of your employees. Each employ will add a bookmark on his iPhone (just once) and will be able to access your database simply filling with username and password. Anyone accessing the same document will never be able to access your database because he cannot get your username and password. Furthermore, your employ can set to store his own username and password to his own iPhone.

If you really do not like to publish your SQLTouch document on the internet, even if it doesn't contain username and password, you can always use some tool to copy the SQLTouch document file from your iPhone to your employees' iPhones. We don't know which tool but we are pretty sure there are a lot.
